POLICIES
Please click the “Check Rates & Availability/Reserve Room”
button on the home page for rates and availability. You have
a choice of making a reservation on line or giving us a call.
All rates are per room per night (not per person), based on
double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
There is a charge of $15 per night for each additional person
over the age of 10 in the room. Four people per room are the
maximum occupancy in most of our rooms.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Major credit cards are accepted for on-line reservations.
Traveler’s checks, cash, money orders and major credit cards
are accepted for telephone reservations. To make a reservation,
a credit card number is required to guarantee your room.
A deposit will be charged for either one night or 50% of
your stay, whichever is greater. If no credit card is available,
deposits can be made with personal check, cash or money
order. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
Reservations not secured by a deposit within 7 days of booking
will be released. Minimum stays may be required during some
weekends & certain holiday periods.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE
POLICY: $15 cancellation fee applies, if reservation
is cancelled/changed more than 3 days prior to arrival for
midweek stays, 7 days for weekend stays, 2 weeks for most
holiday weekend stays and 3 weeks for Christmas holiday
stays. If cancelled/changed in less than the above periods
prior to arrival date, 50% of total stay (minimum 1 night)
will be charged. No shows & same day cancellations will
be charged the full amount of the entire reserved stay.
Rates are subject to change without notice. A 9% Vermont
Rooms & Meals Tax and a 9% service charge/gratuity will
be added to your bill. The service charge covers daily housekeeping,
coffee service, refreshments and a variety of onsite amenities
such as a hot tub, saunas and swimming pool. No tipping
is expected for lodge services with exception of restaurant
and bar.
PET POLICY:
Small to medium dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats) in designated
rooms. There is a charge of $15/night per animal. ARRANGEMENTS
MUST BE MADE WHILE MAKING THE RESERVATION. Unannounced pets
will be turned away, if no “pet designated” room is available
at time of check in. Sorry, on-line reservations for pets
are not available. Guests with pets are fully responsible
for any damages to hotel property caused by their pets.
At all times, dog owners are responsible for making sure
their dog’s barking is not causing annoyance to other guests.
