Chef James Boule continually creates hearty gourment cuisine blending traditional with contemporary.  The outcome is an explosion of flavors incomparable to any culinary experience guests have had before.  The casual dining atmosphere paired with a moderate ($11-$22 entrees) menu is attractive to families, friends and couples alike.

In the summer the dining room opens onto a large deck overlooking the pool for warm-weather lounging and cocktails.
