HOTEL POLICIES
Please click the “Reserve Room” button throughout our website to reserve a room or please call us for more information between 9am and 9pm 800.368.4311. All room rates are quoted per room per night based on double occupancy and do not include the VT Rooms and Meals tax or Service Charge. Minimum stays may be required during some weekends & certain holiday periods.
There is a charge of $20.00 per night for each additional person over the age of 11 in the room. Four people per room are the maximum occupancy in most of our rooms.
PAYMENT POLICY: Major credit cards are accepted for on-line reservations. Traveler’s checks, cash, money orders and major credit cards are accepted for telephone reservations. To make a reservation, a deposit of one night plus tax is needed to guarantee a guest room. If no credit card is available, deposits can be made with personal check, cash or money order with a 30 day advance reservation. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: There is a flat $25 cancellation fee for any reservation cancelled/changed more than 7 days prior to arrival, or 21 days for holiday weekends and Christmas vacation week. If cancelled/changed inside of 7 days prior to arrival date, the one night deposit is forfeited. No shows & same day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the entire reserved stay.
A 9% Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax and a resort service charge will be added to your bill. The service charge covers wireless internet, complimentary Green Mountain coffee daily in the lobby, and a variety of onsite amenities such as the hot tub, saunas and swimming pool.
PET POLICY: Small to medium dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats) in designated Superior Queen rooms. There is a charge of $25/night per animal plus 9% VT rooms tax. ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE WHILE MAKING THE RESERVATION. Unannounced pets will be turned away, if no “pet designated” room is available at time of check in. Guests with pets are fully responsible for any noise and damages to hotel guest’s and property caused by their pets. At all times, the dog is to remain with the owner, at no time may a dog be left in a guest room alone. All Dogs are to enter from side entrances, all public areas are off limits.
