The first event of a four rail jam series open to both skiers and riders. Competitors will earn points throughout the series in hopes of walking away with the Grand Prize and bragging rights. The United States Association of Blind Athletes (USABA) is proud to announce their Third Annual Winter Ski Festival will be held in Killington, Vt., Friday, Jan. 15 through Monday Jan. 18, 2010. Athletes with visual impairment will be given the opportunity to learn to ski or learn to race in the sports of alpine and nordic skiing, while spending a weekend in the Green Mountains of Vermont. The Gatorade Free Flow Tour is the Official Amateur Series of the Dew Tour. The Gatorade Free Flow Tour will showcase the top amateur winter athletes competing in snowboarding (slopestyle and Superpipe) and freeskiing (slopestyle and Superpipe).

March 6th PEAK Snowshoe Challenge
Considered the most challenging race in New England, this race is not for the faint of heart. Grueling marathon, 1/2 marathon and 6-mile options, give athletes an experience worth remembering in the gorgeous Green Mountain Valley. The best free riders in the east and beyond will gather at Killington’s Stash to take advantage of the natural terrain and all the creative elements the mountain has to offer. Riders will be rewarded for picking the best lines and nailing the best tricks on rock jibs, log rides, rainbow trees, giant Shreddies and jibbable buildings.

This annual competition heats up on Saturday as 200 amateur bumpers take to the slopes of Outer Limits to battle it out for top honors. The top 32 men and 16 women will return to compete in a head-to-head competition on Sunday. Participants run a dual course with sudden death format; only the winners advance. Spectators will enjoy the Bud Light Beer Festival and concert under the 3,200 sf tent insuring a good time rain or shine!

We hope you’ll join us for the 3rd Annual Pittsfield 666 Mountain Bike Race. We’ve consulted with some of New Englands best mountain bikers and developed a course that is challenging for all riders. Our goal is to have a tough course but one that you will enjoy for 6 hours. The 6-8 mile course will feature mixed terrain with lots of climbing. We have added a new 2.5 mile downhill since last year and new rolling singletrack on the top of the mountain and a new rolling traverse around the backside.
